Coin #2 in Barry's study

Of the five Medium Date varieties listed in this section, the first two of these can be found to have Even Dates, whereas, the remainder of these variations are Uneven, having their respective "3's" Punched noticeably Lower. However, with this particular variance, the "7" has been positioned slightly closer to the "8", leaving a Smaller Gap between these two middle digits. This is in contrast to the next Medium date variety, where its "7" has been positioned Evenly between the "8" and "3". Like so many of the other variations, this particular example also has its share of Re-engraved Letters. In this instance, all of the "E's" have been noticeably Modified making this a dominant characteristic of this variance.
