Sending a find
New varieties are still turning up: Barry's 1945 Narrow Date 5 cents was found among coins that had been looked at for decades. If you think you have something, please include:
- the year and denomination, and which variety you think it is (or doesn't match)
- a photo of both sides of the coin
- a close-up of the date and of any letters or details that look different, in good light and in focus
- anything you know about where the coin came from
Photos you send are only used to look at your coin. Nothing goes on the site without your permission and your credit.
Corrections
If a photo looks like the wrong variety, a page has a mistake, or something doesn't display properly, tell us the page address and what's wrong.
Using the photographs
Sharing for non-commercial use with credit is already allowed under the licence. Ask us first for anything commercial, such as a book, catalogue, app or advertising.
Privacy
This site collects no information about its visitors: no cookies, no tracking, no analytics and no ads. Like every website, our host (Cloudflare) briefly handles standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against attacks; we don't see or keep it. If you email us, we use your address only to reply, and we never share it.
