Coin #1 in Barry's study

This variety is the first of two examples having the Wide "47", however, it differs from its companion in two areas. The location of the Mint Mark "C", in this instance, has been located a little farther from the Base of the "T" and both the "4" and "7" have been punched evenly with respect to each other.
